Remove Center Menu/Tabs From Suitelet

Does anyone know how to remove the Center's Menu & Tabs from within a Suitelet. I have a Suitelet that I'd like to run on a mobile device, however when I load it, it is extremely small, due to the menu. I'm pretty sure a Suitelet is what I'm looking for, but if anyone has a better way to accomplish this, please let me know.

It's a simple form that has a button and two fields:

[Submit Transaction] <-button

Item No
___________ <-- Item select field

Quantity
___________ <-- Integer field
