Restricting the particular employee editing line items

Hi Every one,

I created one client script for restricting the particular employee editing the SO line items only (he can edit body fields)
and the script executing fine for UI. But my requirement is it should be execute for all the context's like web-services, scheduled, csv, etc..

Is it possible to execute client script in all the context's?

If not possible how can I complete this requirement?.

Please Help me how can I accomplish this requirement,
