workflow for notification of vendor price change
I have tried every which way to create a workflow that alerts sales person that the vendor cost has increased and therefore, should change customer price. Tried pop-up message when sales order entered but don't want same message (every time that part number is entered on sales order) created if customer price was changed first time. I tried email to sales rep when vendor price changed but can't get workflow to do just one notification. If anyone has suggestions for workflow, thank you!
