Transfer Order not accepting partial fulfillment with inventory details.

We have a problem starting today with code that has been live for months. We cannot do a partial fulfillment of an item on a transfer order if the item has lot/serial or bin (using Advanced Bin & Numbering i.e. inventorydetail subrecord). Every time we attempt to do so we get "The total inventory detail quantity must be X" where X is the full line quantity. It still works from the UI, but from script (both SS 1.0 and 2.0) it returns that error every time.

This worked before today and the code has not been changed since October.
