You have to verify that you own the web site. Google only offers two verification methods.
1. Add a special google meta-tag to http://ourdomain.com/index.html
or
2. Upload a HTML file named google46565467.html to our web site's root level so the URL ends up being http://ourdomain.com/google46565467.html
I found both of their verification methods are impossible in NS.
I can't have access to the root level in NS so #1 is out. To try #1, I put the meta tag in "setup-> web site -> setup web site". That didn't work.
