NET SUITE EXPORT for FROOGLE UPLOAD

I appreciate any help that can be provided.
I am new at this and need to be able to export my item master to
a file that can be batch uploaded to FROOGLE.

FROM WHAT I CAN GATHER FROM THE FROOGLE SITE, I NEED CERTAIN FIELDS BASED ON MY ITEM TYPE

I HAVE WOMEN'S LINGERIE -

QUESTION 1 - WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO EXPORT ALL NECESSARY FIELDS WITH THE APPROPRIATE ATTRIBUTE HEADERS? 

ARE THERE MANDATORY FIELDS BASED ON ITEM TYPE ? HOW IS THIS DETERMINED?

IS THERE ANYONE DOING THIS THAT CAN GUIDE ME OR IS THERE DOCUMENTATION THAT YOU CAN POINT ME TO?
