Decriptive URL Search Engine Friendly?
We just implemented the Descriptive URLs for our web store http://www.parentmagicstore.com/parentmagicstore
The process was pretty seemless which was great!
Our SEO consultant, however, had the following concerns/questions. Can anyone address them? Thanks in advance for your help
1. I assume the system takes the product name and sticks it in the last portion of the URL. This is a good thing, but it sometimes creates URLs that “look like” you’re trying to spam the engines, as in:
http://www.parentmagicstore.com/All-Products/Parents-of-Kids-2-12/1-2-3-Magic-and-More-1-2-3-Magic-DVD-Package
All the hyphens in the file names may (just may) trigger some sort of anti-spam flags with the engines, who are always on the lookout for domains like
