Site Map programme finds only 33 Pages!

I have been using Rage Sitemap Automator to make site maps of my site for a couple of years. When I first started to use it I had to add .f and .nl as extensions to be scanned. I have also excluded pages containing session ID's

This has worked very well and it usually make a site map with about 4500 links. We have recently changed some URL's and so I need to update the sitemap and ran the programme again. The problem is that it is only finding 33 pages/links. I assume that this has happened because Netsuite is no longer using the .f or .nl extension on the web pages.
