Trouble displaying external transaction form from internally generated order
I have an external sales order form for display in customer center where customers can submit their own orders. I have a preferred setting for this external form and have set the specific customer center roles to also use this form as their preferred. It works as expected. The form contains repositioned fields and some tabs hidden.
When I create an order internally for a customer, it uses the internal preferred sales order form (as expected). However, when the customer views this order in the customer center, they get the internal form display (along with all the fields and tabs I had hidden or moved elsewhere). Not good. This should NOT happen regardless of settings since external views of information need to be controlled tighter than internal views of the same information.
