Is it possible to auto-generate a Page Title from the Item Name?

Looking to se if anyone has used attributes or other commands within the item record so that the Page Title field is automatically generated based on the Item Name. Or if someone has done this for the Store Display Name as well.

Looking for ways to limit the number of fields we have to touch when creating new items.
