Custom html page help

I'm trying to figure out of I can put some of my product information in a basic html page "on the fly".  I have a set of pages set up and  hosted in netsuite. they are custom pages, no netsuite code attached.  I want to create tooltips or lightboxes that pulls product information (like name, price, description and "add to cart") and displays the product information in the tooltip or lightbox. 

I'm able to pull in whole pages using some ajax scripts but I really do not want all the page to show, just the product data.

Anyone doing anything like this?
