Can't FInd Secure Pages

Hey all, newbie. I'm trying to add something to the head and body of the secure pages on the site, checkout and my account, but can not find them in Net Suite. I'd appreciate if someone could point me to those pages. I was able to add something to the head and body from the Setup > WebSite > Set-up Web Site but don't see an option for the secure pages. What I want on the seucre pages is different from the unsecure pages. Thanks
