Return Invalid URLs as Search Results option not available in SCA

In our SCA website all invalid urls at the moment goes to a search result page. We want to disable this behaviour by turning off the "Return Invalid URLs as Search Results" option. SuiteAnswers has a video guide on how to deactivate this feature but it looks like this option is only available in SuiteBuilder. Did anyone of you encountered this issue before?
