Not able to Download custom record files
I have a custom record which stores a file associated with each record. I have this visibile in the customer center and can see the records and the link for the file. However when I click on the link to view or download the associated file I get:
"You do not have access to the media item you selected"
This has been an onoging issue that NetSuite is aware of. As I understand, this worked in 10.6 and broke in 11. Strange that I can directly link a file in the file cabinet with no errors or problems yet can not do it through the file field in a record.
