Permissions on Custom Records
I think this may have been mentioned at some time previously but am curious if any further thought has gone into this.
Current Custom Record permissions are Create, Edit, Full, View.
Create allows you to add a new record but not edit it after the fact.
Edit allows you to add a new record and edit it after the fact.
Full allows you to add, edit and delete.
View is view
What I need is an Edit Only permission. Particularly when linking this to a Customer Center role. We have situations where we want to control the creation of records (e.g. Licenses). We obviously do not want the customer to be able to create their own licenses. However, there is information pertaining to the license (e.g. site name/location, hardware serial #, IP address, etc) that can be adjusted and we want to make this a self-service thing that the customer can go to the Customer Center, login, see their licenses and make the change to the fields we make editable to
