can't find 'record types'

hi..
I need help. I can't find 'record types'
in some guides instruct me to Go to Setup > Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Record Types.

But sadly I can't find it.. No such program. where is it? i'm using 3 accounts. My clients account (new), my old demo account and my new demo account..
Is it has another name in the newest version?
Please help.
