New custom record not showing up in Saved Search Type
Hey Guys,
I'm probably missing something simple, but I created a new customer record to track helpdesk tickets. This is something I have done many times before. However, when I go to Reports>Searches>Saved Searched>New, it does not show up as a Search type to base a search off of. I have checked ALL the boxes on the main Record configuration and played with the config for hours but I cannot get it to show up as a search type. I also did side-by-side comparison with one I built last week that shows up without issues and cannot find the missing link.
