Case Form -vs- Custom Records
Hi All,
What are the pros and cons to using Custom Records -vs- Standard Case forms? We are a call center that serves multiple clients which I need to keep relatively separate. I feel that using custom records are a great way to do that. I am wondering if I am going to run into any earth shattering bad news due to using the custom records -vs- a standard custom case form? Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!
