Organizing custom fields on a tab

Greetings,

I created a custom tab as well as a number of custim item fields to place on that tab. The problem is, Netsuite is placing the item fields side by side, creating a tab that scrolls of the screen horizontally. Is there any way to tell Netsuite to wrap the fields?
