Any way to change what record type is Barcoded on forms?

Is there any way to change what record type is Barcoded on forms?  Our work-flow has us marking items as picked before they are actually picked.  This is so they will show as a dashboard reminder at our shipping location.  The shipping location uses a "location specific" role and will only see items to pack and ship after we mark them picked at their location.

Anyhow, we want their pick-ticket PDF forms to have the barcode of the fulfillment record and not the barcode of the SO.  Is that possible?
