PDF form customization limitation?
Can someone enlighten me on this?
I am trying to customize a PDF layout (Standard Disclaimer Transaction PDF layout). There are elements on the layout that I want removed such as for example the "Ship To" or "Barcode". How do I accomplish this? Last time I brought up this issue someone suggested I remove the pertinent field in the custom form which uses this PDF layout. I have unchecked the fields that I don't want printed there. But those unchecked field(s) still show up on the PDF layout
I understand that the PDF layout is a representative sample but if I can't remove that or other elements from the PDF layout, how in the world am I expected to design a custom PDF layout esp. when I want to ADD more elements? Am I expected to place the new elements on top of the existing (elements that I don't want, but can't get rid off)?
