Restrict Field Selection on Case Form
Would like to restrict the field list selections on a form, and not sure of best practice.
There are three distinct groups that utilize cases in our organization: Help desk, Customer Service, and Operations. Each group is LAZY about filling out forms correctly, but complain constantly when their reports are incorrect. They fail to understand that selecting Issue and Category are critical
I would like to minimize this problem, and tried by and restrict Issue and Category to the respective Group.
So...
Helpdesk's form categories and Issues would be limted to anything that starts with "Helpdesk"...
same logic applies to Customer Service and Operations
