(urgent) Why the online form overwrite the address field?

To Netsuite:


Can anyone tell me how can I make any online forms NOT to overwrite the existing data in address field <defaultaddress> ??

Where is the OFF-switch ??

I did not even include any of the address fields on the custom online form but the forms just keep over-write the address field <defaultaddress>
