Custom Customer form freezes
We are experiencing issues with a customized customer form. The form in question either takes > 2 minutes to actually load or displays an error message. In either case, dropdown boxes and multi-select fields do not work.
the problem is VERY random. Some days the issue won't happen at all then other days it'll happen 2 or 3 times. The cache on all the computers in question is cleared every day, as are cookies and temp internet files. We've watched addins from Google, MSN, etc.
I cannot repeat the issue, yet when it happens the solution (not an acceptable one) is to refresh the screen or log out and login to netsuite again. In either case any information already posted on the form is lost. And sometimes the 'fix' only works for an hour or so then the issue appears again.
