on the Standard Purchase order there was a list box for employees on the purchase order entry form that is no longer there.  Even when customized, the option to include an employee list is checked but it does not show up.  It was there a few weeks ago - has anyone else lost fields on their forms??  How to bring it back as it is marked to show and even mandatory but is no where to be found.
