Finding all instances of usage of a custom field

We're doing a cleanup of our instance and I'm looking for ways to to find all instances of a field across scripts, workflows, searches, forms etc.

I've been able to output all saved searches into CSV for easy searching, scripts I can search in my development environment and the field deployment shows forms, however I cannot find a way to automate Workflows or any of the various templates.

What solutions have others used for this?
