How to associate packing slip with customer?

Hi all,

I am designing a couple of packing slip for our customers. I already can print it out with the template under "Transactions" --> "Management" --> "Print Checks and Forms" --> "Packing Slips and Return Forms". I wonder is there any way to print out with the packing slip template I designed under the item fulfillment?
