Subtab/Sublist for Order Fulfillments

I've been trying unsuccessfully to create a subtab on the sales order form with a custom sublist regarding order fulfillments.
I followed all the steps in help, but definitely came up short.
At one point I managed to "break" sales order inquiry all together. lol

What I'm trying to do is display the items that appear on the fulfillment when looking at the sales order - without having to open up the link to the fulfillment # just to know what products are involved.

Right now all we see in the fulfillments/invoices tab is (not exact, but you get the idea)
