Filtering Using Current User Data
Is it possible to use data from the currently sign-in employee's record to filter a search?
For example, a client segments their customers using, say, a Department field on the customer record. Is it possible to create a generic saved search that shows customers where Department = the Department of the current user?
This would enable a single "My Customers" search to be used for every employee; very useful for KPIs etc.
Over the last few weeks I've wanted to do this several times, maybe someone knows the answer!
Thanks
Alan
