Restricing Email Alerts to Created Records
Having alot of fun with the saved search email alerts. We have gone through and rewrote the majority of our searches to incorporate these alerts. What a great feature!
I need help on one thing. For some of our searches we just want to be notified when an item is added to the report. We don't want to be notified when a field on an item has been updated. I saw that you can restrict the update alerts to a particular field, but what if you don't want to be alerted to item updates at all? I figured I could just pick a dummy field that never gets updated, but I thought that there should be a better way. The only option on the search that i see pertains
