Search on Customer ID
Our company uses the auto-generated Customer IDs (10 digits...4-digit year prefix, then 6 digits auto-incrementing).
The auto-generated numeric IDs can be modified, however, and this sometimes causes problems when someone mistakenly enters non-numeric values or makes the IDs longer than 10 digits.
I'm trying to write a saved search that checks for Customer IDs containing non-numeric values or longer than 10 digits. But I haven't found a way to just search on the ID. (In the saved search criteria, you can search on the Name/ID combination, but not just the ID.) Does anyone know a way to accomplish this? Thanks!
