Most recent Sales Order, w/ item > 30 days ago?

I'm really having a hard time with this.  To be honest I'm taking total guess shots at this point.

Here is what I need:
Customer Search returning all Customers whose most recent Sales Order that contains a certain item is greater than 30 days ago.

Or  "Gimme all the customers that haven't ordered an ABCWidget in 30 days"
(with the added criteria that they did, at some point order an ABCWidget)

I sorta need this search to before midnight tomorrow

If anyone has any ideas I would really, really appreciate it.
