Abilty to Email Specific Users when User Notes are update?
All,
I am trying to create a custom search that will email my field reps on their open case tickets when ever updates are made on the case. I have noticed that Netsuite will only send the update email on items that affect the system notes(for example NOT user notes)
Does any one have a work around solution to allow Netsuite to send an updated case notification when a user enters a user note?
