Filter by members of static group

I created a static group and added 5 sales reps to the list.
I then created a saved Transaction search and wanted to filter out all transactions with a Sales Rep that is a member of the group I created.

I added a "noneof" criteria and selected my group.  This seems to have no effect.  If I select my individual reps it works.

What am I doing wrong?  I would sure think that groups would work the way I'm trying to make them work?
