Custom KPI - Period Versus Date Filters
I have created a custom search that calculates EBITDA correctly based on my internal financial statements, however, when I setup this search as a custom KPI and refresh the data, a different number populates.
My presumption is that is has something to do with the date filter, but I am not 100% certain. I know that in the custom KPI comparative statements, my only choices are "this month" or "last month" versus "this period" or "last period", which is where I think the trouble commences.
I tried to search the threads on answers to this, but to no avail. Anyone have any insight here? I have been racking my brain on this one. I appreciate any help you may have to offer.
