send a notification via saved search on update only for existing items in search

Hi,

I would create a saved search that will send an email as an alert on changing "store display name" only for items where "display in website" checkbox is checked.

I created the saved search with the following criteria: display in website is checked and I set the settings for email. and in email tab > updated fields subtab choose store display name as the field we want to send alert when its changed.

Now, if we edit item that is not displayed in website and do the following edits:
check display in website and edit store display name, the alert sent.
