Saved Search Filter to show Items on Txn Sublist

I'm working on making up a saved search to list all the items that are used on invoices for another project I'm working on. I have the Main Line set to False as I want to only see the item sublist. The problem I'm encountering is that the search returns the entire history for the invoice item sublist instead of what is actually currently on an invoice. So I'll see 10 or 15 lines showing the additions and removals of quantity when the invoice only has 3 items on it. Can I add in a filter to see only items
