Can a Saved Search do this?

I want to display Total SO Amount since a specific anniversary purchase date for a customer on a certain Item Option. What would be the best way to achieve this? The saved search I am building has these fields:
Item_Option, Min_of_CreateDate(FirstReceiptDate),Amt_Recvd_since
e.g.
Blue striped-Uniform/Clothing, 03/12/2010, $350.00
Misc - Tools & Equipments, 01/12/2011, $500.00
The Amt_Recvd_since is supposed to Sum up the transaction (SO) amounts since FirstReceiptDate, not all transactions from history.  
{today} - {FirstReceiptDate} <= 12 months
