Sales Rep Activity Search
Trying to build a search that will show me how many customers a sales rep has "touched" over a given period of time.
We're defining "touched" as an order, message, or phone call logged.
So far I've got the following:
Criteria:
(Activity: Date completed = is on today, OR Date of Last Order = is on today, OR Messages: Date = is on today)
Results:
Sales Rep - Group, Name - Count
I know I could edit the criteria for custom date ranges, but for my sales manager it would be much easier to give him a filter to do this. I can't think of a way to make this work with a filter, however, since each of those "activities" is actually a different record, with a unique date field.
