Saved search for no auth code & purchased since card was declined

I was wondering if anyone could help with a saved search I'm creating that I believe needs a formula.

Here's what I'm looking to find:

Orders that were declined (auth code contains: no auth code on sales order)

Out of those orders, filter whether they've purchased since that decline or not.

Any help would be much appreciated!
