Saved search that shows customers, their contacts, and activity notes
Good morning,
I'm creating a saved customer search and having trouble streamlining the results so it is digestible without having to export and do a lot of clean up.
I want the search to show:
1) Leads/Prospects of a particular status including the demographic date (company name, address, status, a couple custom fields, etc)
2) All contacts listed for each Lead/Prospect
3) Any activity notes for the Leads/Prospect within a specified time range.
The criteria I'm using seems fine. I have selected the status that I want to see and the activity notes date period. My problem is that my results are showing the same activity notes next to each contact. Is there a way within saved searches to tell it to only show a note once, next to one contact rather than creating all the duplication? The note is created at the customer level not at the contact level.
