Searching customers for Mail Merge
Am I missing something? Can I really NOT create a saved search based on whether a customer has received a bulk email merge? I cannot see it in the criteria.
I sent 7 merges today (because NS limits you to 4000 records per send) and 4 of them failed.
I don't want to annoy those in the failed groups that did get a copy by sending it twice, but I can't seem to find a way.
Any help would be appreciated.
