Can the {results} field in an email be customized?
I have a saved search that notifies customers of their tracking number(s) when product ships.
I've been working on a way to include item, description, serial #: and MAC addresses via the {results} inclusion of the email.
My problem is when the serial/mac address fields have more that 16 serials or macs, I get the dreaded "(more...)" in the saved search and on the email generated. I'm looking for a way that the saved search lists out the full amount of serials. I have seen per item this list be over 200 serials.
Any thoughts?
I can post the setup of the saved search if that would help.
