Here is the situation.  I am trying to create a saved message search that allows me to see messages sent by other employees.  I know this can be accomplished when using the Admin or Full Access role; however, this search needs to be used by non-Admin or Full Access Roles.  The role has the permission enabled to track messages and to view employees, i.e., I can go directly to the employee record and view the messages that the employee has sent.  But when I run the message search, only messages I have sent populate the results.  If I confine the
