CASE WHEN formula result with System Notes Date help
I have a saved search with a result field of Formula (Date/Time). The CASE WHEN formula I'm running is:
CASE WHEN {custbody_sow_req_cmplt} = 'T' THEN {systemnotes.date} ELSE Null END
The problem I'm running into is when it finds the check box to be checked/True, then it's returning the date for every entry in the System Notes list causing the results to be multiplied by the count of entries in system notes. I only want the date/time that the specific checkbox referenced changed from F to T. Any help resolving this would be very much appreciated.
