How to create a saved search listing all items in our system including how many times each item occu
I am creating a transaction saved search, trying to group by and count by item. We have around 1700 items in our system so therefore I'm expecting a saved search with around 1700 results and with two columns (item name and count).
In the attached picture you can see I leave everything in the criteria tab blank because I don't want to filter any data, and in the results tab I just have item Count and item Group. And in the attached picture you can see when I run this saved search it correctly gives me a list of our items..however it incorrectly says the count is "1" for each item.
