Calculation between two columns having formulas

Hi,

I need to make a rather simple calculation between two columns having values created with Summary Type 'Sum'. See picture below.

I'd like to make calculation to a new column in a way : (B-D)/(A-C)

Can I some how refer to a column or can I make it in a single Formula
