Pulling web-store shipping cost into a saved search - is it possible?

In a saved search, I'd like a column called "average 1 pc shipping in web store", but I don't want it to average the history of that item's shipments. If we do that, then I find that 50 identical items will all have a different "average 1 pc shipping in web store". I want it to get UPS real-time rates to a predetermined static zip code and use that number as my "average 1 pc shipping in web store".   In other words, I want it to do what the "Shipping Estimator" in the shopping cart does. is that possible?

We'd pick a static zip code that is about half the distance to the furthest location (in the lower 48) from us.  We'd default everything to residential.
