Paying Commissions that Decrease After Customer is 1 Year Old
Hi,
I have a question about commissions that may be easy, though I wasn't able to find the answer in help or this forum.
Our outside sales people make 10% on all sales during the first year to a customer they originate. After year 1, the customer is handed off to the inside sales rep, though the outside rep still makes 5% on any sales made to that customer.
Any ideas about how to structure plans and schedules to make this work?
Thanks in advance,
-Chris
