Reorder point/consideration of assembled items

I'm looking for a way to create a search/report on a raw material's reorder point that takes into consideration the current inventory status and estimated four month(?) usage of all items it is a component of with respectful percentage.  For example:  I have a widget that is used in 7 assembled items, some using 1, some using 2.  The widget is showing on the reorder report, but having gone in to all assembled items and looking at their current levels, I will not have to order for 3 months.  I would like to consolidate the data per raw material item.  Any suggestions?
